There is an easily seen pattern in the records, alcohol related arrests severally pickup in the spring and trail off in the fall and winter, possibly aligning with the harvest season. Another detail is the large proportion of cases that involve alcohol, 52 out of around 200 cases. Some records even have some additional notes on the cass, like how much liquor was found with search warrants.
